Announcements

​For all scheduled appointments, clients will receive a confirmatory email, text, or phone call prior to the pet’s appointment, depending on your preference. Please be sure to respond to this confirmation.
 
Upon arrival at the clinic, please come in and check in at the front desk. If you prefer to stay curbside, we are happy to offer this service. Text us at (314) 292-9442 with your pet’s name and your parking spot number. 

Change in Hours Starting January 2026

Dear Valued Clients,

Beginning January 1st, Macoupin Veterinary Services will no longer be open on Saturdays. To better support our clients and patients, we will instead be extending our Wednesday hours until 6:00 pm.

At the start of the New Year, Dr. Reed will be offering wellness appointments from 4:00 to 5:30 pm on Wednesdays, replacing our previous Saturday wellness appointment availability. We hope this added flexibility will help clients who may find it difficult to schedule wellness visits during regular daytime hours.

Medication and prescription diet pickup will also be available until 6:00 pm on Wednesdays. Our team will remain reachable by phone until 5:00 pm; calls received after 5:00 pm will be returned during our Thursday business hours.
